An off-menu favourite among our regulars, we’re now officially putting the Trifle on the menu! Layers of vanilla custard, berries in jelly, butter cake, and lots of lychees and berry compote.
Keep it well chilled and it will reward you with generous spoonfuls — whether as an after-meal centrepiece, or eaten straight from the jar in front of the TV, or gifted to your friends as an edible terrarium!
